Dr. Sally Ho, PT, DPT, MS, OCS (owner and founder)

Dr. Ho received her B.S. degree in Physical Therapy from the National Taiwan University, her M.S. degree in Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Virginia, and the advanced doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California, California.
Dr. Ho is an adjunct associate professor in the Department of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California. She has written text book chapters, published research articles in peer reviewed journals, and lectured both nationally and internationally.
She is heavily involved in clinical practice, education and research for the betterment of the Physical Therapy profession.
Dr. Ho is an American Physical Therapy Association board certified Orthopedic Clinical Special Specialist (OCS). Her specialty is in the area of head, neck, and Temporomandibular joint disorders; with that said, her expertise extends beyond her specialty to include general orthopedic and neurological conditions.

 

Dr. Autumn Lee, PT, DPT

Dr. Lee graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.A. in Biology and Chemistry in 2006.
She continued to expand her education by earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2010.
Dr. Lee combines Eastern and Western medical principles in her practice to provide optimal treatment for each patient.
Her recent professional pursuits include additional training in core stabilization, functional orthopedics, balance, dizziness/vertigo, and women’s health.
Dr. Lee is currently a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and continues to practice based on clinical expertise, current research, and continuing education.


Dr. Toni Pimentel, PT, DPT

Dr. Toni Pimentel has been working alongside Dr. Sally Ho for more than 10 years. She is an APTA member who finds special interest in lymphatic drainage, chronic pain, cancer rehabilitation, running and wellness.

Toni travelled to Southeast Asia as the senior physical therapist of a medical humanitarian group, conducted community health classes, gave seminars among medical practitioners and treated patients in the mobile clinics .

She received her B.S. in Physical Therapy from Emilio Aguinaldo College, Philippines and her clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Evidence in Motion. She says, “I love doing what I do, because I am a Physical Therapist who is committed to care.”

 


 

Dr. Karen Hsu, PT, DPT

Dr. Hsu graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2005 with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies. She continued to expand her education by earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2016. Dr. Hsu has traveled to Ensenada, Mexico and Barranquilla, Colombia to provide physical therapy services to underserved communities. Dr. Hsu is a certified yoga teacher, and has a special interest in running, swimming, and tennis. Dr. Hsu is a current member of the American Physical Therapy Association and practices evidence-based therapy founded on the most up-to-date research.


Domeryne Pascua, Physical Therapy Aide

Domeryne has worked as a PT aide here at Ho Physical Therapy since February 2011.
She graduated from Mount Saint Mary's College with a B.S. in Biology with a Pre-Physical Therapy emphasis and a minor in Gerontology.
Her career goal is to become a Physical Therapist and work with the geriatric population.

 

Lorraine Ko, Physical Therapy Aide

Lorrain graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 2015 with a B.S. in Public Health Sciences. Prior to graduation, she spent a semester studying abroad in Ghana where she witnessed the profound effects of physical therapy while volunteering at a former refugee camp. She has been a part of the Ho Physical Therapy team since May 2015. As an aspiring physical therapist, she plans to attend graduate school to earn a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. In her spare time she enjoys running, indoor rock climbing, playing Ultimate Frisbee, and embarking on outdoor adventures.
 

Ryan Raroque, Physical Therapy Aide

Ryan graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 2011 with a B.S in Human Biology and is aiming to apply to graduate school by 2014.
He has been working at Ho Physical Therapy since May of 2012 and previously volunteered at the Ho Rehab Clinic in Tarzana.
Nick Cervantes, Physical Therapy Aide

Nicholas is currently pursuing his B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science at California State University, Northridge. He plans to attend graduate school to attain a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. As a Los Angeles native, he has the goal of promoting health and wellness with the diverse population of his community.


Erika Hall, Physical Therapy Aide

Erika grew up in Boston and received her B.S. in Engineering Psychology from Tufts University. She has spent the past eight years in the health and fitness industry, receiving certifications for both running and yoga. She teaches running clinics and workshops and coaches a half marathon team for the ASPCA. Her passion for people and a calling to be of service drew her to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
 

Joshua Lin, Physical Therapy Aide


Joshua has been working at Ho Physical Therapy since September 2014. He graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a B.S. in Public Health. He plans to continue his pursuit in healthcare and apply to graduate programs.
